Our heartrate varies according to a fractally patterned rhythm.
This allows our heart to near instantaneously change its
frequency, a whole bunch of other frequencies are as if
already there, in the midst of the current.
What is even more cool, is that this heart-rate variability,
these fluctuations in our ECG, guides our EEG in our
brains.
What we think, is guided by our hearts, true thinking
is aligned with our beating hearts. -
