I notice I still try to do much by myself - communicating -
the throat chakra.
I'll trust you others here to guide this exercise
with me - that way I can relax my throat chakra.

A lot of the questions depend on social context it seems to me. If a person doesn't have a sexual partner, or is in an abusive relationship, or is surrounded by negative people for one reason or another, the answers to the questions will be skewed i think. Not because the chakras aren't functioning properly, but the questions asked about the ability to express their energy and this certainly isn't equal for all situations. My ability to express mycellf in a group varies a lot depending on the group. just as one for instance.

I found it helpful, but we aren't all in situations where we can let our full spectrum shine and that doesn't necessarily mean the bulb is damanged.

My biggest problem right now is that the Vaastu or Feng Shui or whatever you call it is bad here. It's not a good place and I'm on the top floor. I desperately need to live on the ground floor. I discovered recently that if I'm not on the ground floor or outside all the time I am not well.

Hi Bob, a glimpse:

Your "56%" level: remnants of things that've happened,
still very worthwhile when you connect with others, who yet for a while doesnt see things as clearly as you, mastery through being humble.

Your "69%" level: the present you, very much in alignment with how you shine in the present tribe pic.

Your "88%" level: glimpses of the coming radiant you.

dax, you can do the same exercise as Jeff,
only be careful with the inner smile,
go easy on yourself.

Place a very small inner smile, next to your anxiety thoughts.
If that works, continue with the exercise as outlined above.

If it is too painful, and it brings out too much anxiety in you,
reduce the size of the inner smile even more, without making it disappear.

Btw, with regards to the -38 thing with your heart chakra,
try imagining yourself as being not completely worthless.
Worthless, yes, but not completely. By realizing you are not completely worthless, that will allow that inner smile of yours, remember, that little smile traveling down your chakras, to descend all the way to your root chakra. When arriving there, there might be physical reactions, as some of the underactivity will begin to align and some of the flows not having come through will begin to slowly seep through again.

Seeing a body-therapist, someone you trust, would be a good idea in this stage.

Going back to the chakra test thing, as soon as you notice a difference, is also something you could try.
Remember to celebrate, with any, no matter how small an improvement in the flow through your chakras.

Also, if you want to, you could set up a long-term goal, to reach 13% flow in all your chakras, and begin to visualize how that might make you feel.

i think this is a good measure of which chakras i am weak and strong in, but a poor measure
really of how open they are.

my root is probably more closed than that even, my heart is more closed than that, my third eye and throat are
more open than that.

third and second are both hyperactive in me, and so is crown.
